Strengthening Our Lives (SOL) is a fast growing and well respected political field operation. SOL works across the State to help build a movement for political reform by increasing the political participation of working class and immigrant communities. Over the last 3 years SOL has registered almost 100,000 new voters and won dozens of hard fought elections in mostly Latino and African American communities. SOL’s mission is to build the political base that can provide a key role in the creation of a new progressive coalition for progressive reform in education, health, economic policy and the protection of our natural environment and health.
